How do you plan to launch each service?

During our initial launch, in order to try to limit time slots where there is no one huc’ing available, we will be announcing each service as soon as there are enough providers signed up to meet demands. We look forward to providing all ranges of services, so the more professionals who sign up, the quicker each market is released – so tell your friends!

How do I get started?

At the moment, the easiest way to get started is to email us at [email protected], or fill out our Sign Up form.

While we will keep you updated on when you can finally download the app, we promise not to bombard you with too many huc’ing emails!

Once we launch, the actual app sign up process is simple and within minutes you can search local service providers and start booking appointments.


What does your service provider vetting process look like?

Once a professional registers to huc their services, there is a turn around process of up to 3 days to be approved. We put them through an extensive vetting process that includes business validation, certification requirements, identity verification and criminal background checks. Our service providers are not directly employed by huc, we just provide a fun and easy to use platform for huc’er and huc’ee to connect.


What’s your cancellation policy?

Coming soon, but we promise it won’t be too painful 😉


When does my account get charged?

After your huc appointment is complete, the huc professional will send a request for a funds transfer for the service provided. You will then receive a notification and be able to pay, tip and even rate the service and your funds will instantly be transferred from your account.

No need to carry cash or cards!


What is your privacy policy?

It’s so private, we can’t even share that info with you…
